Renowned for his distinctive, experimental style, Carson’s label is yet another iconic artistic expression that graces the classic Macallan silhouette, with the Concept Number third’s bold, unmistakable aesthetic exclusively available in travel retail markets (2020 release). The whisky is formidable, a sherry-butt ex bourbon barrel single malt bottled at 80.6 proof, instilled with a remarkable degree of complexity – the profile spans sour citrus, sherry undertones and creamy vanilla, with a slightly oily and sweet mouthfeel that coats the throat before giving way to a lengthy finish swimming with orange zest.
