  • Oban 10 Year Special Release 2022 is bottled at natural cask strength. Secondary maturation in ex-sherry & amontillado-seasoned casks. Diageo’s 2022 Special Releases highlight the diversity of their most treasured whisky reserves maturing in Scotland. Each whisky is visually brought to life with heavily detailed illustrations and design work. New Oban bottlings don't come along very long and this release as part of the Diageo Special Releases 2022 is a bit different to most. Matured initially in refill and new-American-oak casks, it is then further aged in amontillado sherry casks.
