  • Orkney 13 Year Old Reserve Cask - Parcel 8 A 13-year-old Orkney single malt from the eighth-release in the Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Cask series, that was made at an undisclosed distillery on Orkney and matured in a batch of four casks - two sherry butts and two ex-bourbon barrels - until 2022. Aromas of heathery smoke, mint, rich earth and dark chocolate fill the nose, complemented by notes of candied ginger, cinnamon, golden syrup and mint chocolate throughout the palate.   • An 18-year-old single malt from Aultmore that offers aromas of cereal, fruit salad, vanilla, peach and grapefruit on the nose, complemented by notes of biscuits, orange blossom, white grapes and garden herbs throughout the palate. Stravaigin through misty, untamed terrain, bananas and pears hidden in the haze, amble on to some old local howff, where this satiny, sweet-and-spicy drop is finally disclosed.   • Rosebank 31 Year Old - Release Two (2). This alluringly light and vibrant 31 Year Old leads with citrus bursts, soft vanilla and candied almonds. Camomile, berry and baked banana grace the palate, with a signature smooth finish of sweet peach, oak and herbal notes. The second in the global series of legacy Rosebank releases epitomises the qualities that earned Rosebank reverence as 'The King of the Lowlands’. This rare bottling has been drawn from casks that were salvaged before the distillery’s untimely closure in the early 1990s. The 31 Year Old is comprised of scarce stocks from just before Falkirk site was mothballed in ‘93.  Despite spending over three decades in casks, the Lowland single malt retains a bright and zesty nose, with hints of lime and lemongrass. This light, vibrant profile continues onto the palate, where mint and chamomile are met with more robust notes of leather and banana bread. The dram finishes with long herbal notes, sweet peaches, and a hint of oak. Rosebank distillery was sadly closed in 1993 which was terrible news to Rosebank fans worldwide. Though good news followed in 2017 when it was acquired by Ian Macleod distillers, the distillery is expected to start producing again in 2023. This release, which is the final remnants of liquid from before the closure has resulted in a stunningly refined and rare 31 year old single malt. Rosebank 31 Year Old - Release Two $1,675.00
