  • Jameson Bow Street 18 Years is a special blend of rare pot still and grain Irish whiskeys made in at Midleton. After ageing for almost two decades, these whiskeys are married together and spend their final finishing period in original home, at the Jameson Distillery Bow Street in Dublin. Launched to the world in 2018, this whiskey the rarest release and is bottled once per year, at cask strength. Once opened, depth and complexity join the conversation, sweet toffee notes slowly fade in, and toasted oak and spices linger long into the evening. Tasting Notes: Jameson 18 Year Old Bow Street Cask Strength NOSE Rich wood-driven influence with deep toffee notes and spice. PALATE Toffee and oak remain consistent with hints of leather and vanilla along with a subtle sherry nuttiness creating depth and complexity.   • Ardbeg Supernova 2015 Committee Release. The 4th release of the Supernova was exclusive to Ardbeg committee members and sold out in a matter of hours. The Supernovas are made with 100ppm malt, compared to the standard 55pm for the rest of Ardbeg whiskies, thus making this an even peatier powerhouse than normal. Rumour has it this is the final Supernova release. Bottled at 54.3% Tasting Notes: Ardbeg Supernova 2015 Committee Release Nose: Peppery and aromatic herbs scattered with effervescent perfume, followed by smoked fruits, briny, sweet smoked toffee, brazil nuts and soot. Palate: The peat is firing on all cylinders, with spice, salted caramel and billowing smoke along with antiseptic lozenges, medicinal notes and zingy aniseed intermingle with dark tar and intense chilli-spice.
