  • Rosebank 31 Year Old - Release Two (2). This alluringly light and vibrant 31 Year Old leads with citrus bursts, soft vanilla and candied almonds. Camomile, berry and baked banana grace the palate, with a signature smooth finish of sweet peach, oak and herbal notes. The second in the global series of legacy Rosebank releases epitomises the qualities that earned Rosebank reverence as 'The King of the Lowlands’. This rare bottling has been drawn from casks that were salvaged before the distillery’s untimely closure in the early 1990s. The 31 Year Old is comprised of scarce stocks from just before Falkirk site was mothballed in ‘93.  Despite spending over three decades in casks, the Lowland single malt retains a bright and zesty nose, with hints of lime and lemongrass. This light, vibrant profile continues onto the palate, where mint and chamomile are met with more robust notes of leather and banana bread. The dram finishes with long herbal notes, sweet peaches, and a hint of oak. Rosebank distillery was sadly closed in 1993 which was terrible news to Rosebank fans worldwide. Though good news followed in 2017 when it was acquired by Ian Macleod distillers, the distillery is expected to start producing again in 2023. This release, which is the final remnants of liquid from before the closure has resulted in a stunningly refined and rare 31 year old single malt. Rosebank 31 Year Old - Release Two $1,675.00
  • Glengoyne Legacy Series Chapter Three The third release in Glengoyne Distillery's Legacy Series, Chapter Three is inspired by Sir Arthur John Tedder, the Exciseman stationed at Glengoyne who helped to define the rules on Scotch whisky. Matured in a combination of hand-selected refill sherry and bourbon casks, it offers aromas of bramble jam, cinnamon, vanilla, apple strudel, pear and raisins that fill the nose, complemented by notes of tarte tatin, sherry-soaked raisins, dried fruit, pineapple, dark chocolate, cream sherry and peppery spice throughout the palate. Here we have the 3rd Legacy Series release celebrates Sir Arthur John Tedder, the Glengoyne exciseman who helped define the whisky as we know it today. Created using some of the very finest American oak sherry casks from the Glengoyne warehouses, bottled at 48% ABV. Glengoyne Legacy Series Chapter Three $600.00

  • A limited edition whiskey, the Aberfeldy 15 Years is made according to traditional production methods, established around 1897 by the founders John and Tommy Dewar. The pure and mineral-rich water of the small river Pitille Burn contributes significantly to the high quality of this whiskey. It ages for 15 years in ex-Bourbon barrels, completing its refinement with 5 months of French oak barrels previously used for aging Pomerol wine, one of the finest in Bordeaux. Intense golden yellow in color, it combines the hints of honey and vanilla characteristic of Aberfeldy whiskeys, with notes of cherry and apricot imparted by aging in ex-Pomerol barrels, enriching this distillate with complexity.
